A video posted to YouTube shows four US soldiers facing the camera as they urinate on three dead bodies in Afghanistan. Is there a culture in which urinating on a corpse is not considered insulting and humiliating? You can watch the video below; it's NSFW due to exposure and, well, three dead bodies.

The description of the video, which is titled "Marines peeing on Taliban", reads, "scout sniper team 4 with 3rd battalion 2nd marines out of camp Le Jeune peeing on dead Talibans. I thought Marines were suppose to do the right thing when no one is watching."

You can hear one of the soldiers saying, “Have a good day, buddy", and another say, “Golden like a shower".

TMZ got a quote from Captain Kendra Hardesty, a USMC media officer who promised a "full investigation": "While we have not yet verified the origin or authenticity of this video, the actions portrayed are not consistent with our core values and are not indicative of the character of the Marines in our Corps."

The video is surely bound for the Lynndie England Hall of Shame, and will make the perfect recruitment video for insurgents. Expect some PR damage control from the U.S. Marine Corps soon.
