It has been said that the “treaty” was signed between the former U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower administration and regressive alien archons.  The reported Agreement was for both sides not to interfere with each other and that their presence should be kept a secret. Advanced technology would be given in exchange for allowing archons to carry out medical examinations on humans (without harming them or leaving any memory of the event) and the "monitoring" of our development. Although this has been called a “treaty” by many, some have suggested it was a negotiated “surrender”.
