Two Arnold, MO, witnesses report watching an "unusually large" rectangle-shaped object that glowed off-white or yellow in the night sky as they stood outside Jefferson College on April 2, 2012, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The two were watching a satellite at the time and noticed a second object they could not identify.

"To our right we noticed a very large yellowish/off-white lighted object," the reporting witness stated. "It was rectangular in shape only it didn't have sharp corners. It wasn't too high and it wasn't too far. It was a clear night and there was plenty of distance around it in every direction of empty sky."

The object appeared to be moving slowly in a straight line and then simply disappeared.

"Maybe 10-15 seconds went by, and I looked back up, and it was gone. It was just gone. We freaked.The only reference I can give to explain the size and shape of it is the size of a cigarette butt if you are holding it in front of you - that big only in the freakin' sky."

No images or videos were included with the MUFON report, which was filed on April 3, 2012. Arnold is the largest city in Jefferson County, MO, population 19,965.
