What blinking entity or object moved over International Space Station astronauts on 18 and 19 April 2012, as reported by Scott C. Waring who edits UFO Sightings Daily?

Multiple UFOs have been recorded by many eyewitnesses on NASA live cam on the 18th and 19th of  April 2013. Astronauts were outside the station working on setting up an experimental when flashing or glowing objects were seen on live cam. Agains the blackness of space these UFOs stood out brightly.
