U.S.-NATO escalates Drone Terrorism against Pakistani civilians

LIVE CHAT

When the rulers promote the illegal interests of foreign sources and also advance their own illegal deals, the genuine quality-of-living interests of all people is subverted. The result of such an attack of national sovereignty and the rule of law by foreign interests that result to the violence of war to affirm their illegal claims is often violence in return. That has exactly happened in destabilized and weakened Pakistan that is run through a puppet regime and this malice would sooner or later engulf further its neighbours like India - a greedy power courting USA and seeking their favors to shield its crimes inside semi-puppet India and occupied Jammu Kashmir.

America has claimed its right to destabilize Islamabad and kill people at will by unleashing drone attacks. Notwithstanding the NATO attacks on Pakistanis and military posts that killed several Pakistan solders and also strained relations between strategic terror partners USA and Pakistan, the USA-UK led NATO terror gang continues to kill Pakistanis as freely as Pakistan elites are treated to liquor in US-Europe embassies.

Cluster bombs and drone terrorism are prohibited but the enemy of humanity - USA, UK, France, Italy, Israel, NATO etc continue to use them to kill and terrorize people. The use of the unmanned terror drone aircraft over Pakistan is opposed by most members of the Pakistani public and politicians, who regard the attacks as violations of sovereignty that produce unacceptable civilian casualties. However, the bureaucracy, operating under the general guidance of CIA, does not oppose this deadly evil.

And that has cost Pakistanis dearly.

Any Pakistani could be killed by occupying America-led NATO terrorist gangs. The US-NATO resumed attacks with the missile-firing drones in northwest Pakistan on January 10. In the latest attack, a drone fired two missiles at a house suspected of being a militant hideout in the village of Thapi, 15 km (10 miles) east of Miranshah - the main town in North Waziristan. The building was completely destroyed and 10 suspected militants were killed. "Almost all the men were burnt beyond recognition," a villager said after visiting the destroyed house. They pulled out nine bodies.

Recently, Pakistani intelligence officials said, rather fearlessly braving Pentagon-CIA reactions, that a US drone fired two missiles at a house in Pakistan's northwest tribal region, killing “suspected militants” in the second such attack in as many days. US missiles hit a house in North Waziristan's Spalga village, killing nine Pakistani citizens, including some “domestic Taliban militants”. Security officials and villagers said the dead included foreign fighters but they did not specify their nationalities.

The back-to-back strikes could be an indication the drone program is picking up steam again after a slowdown caused by tensions with Pakistan over accidental American airstrikes that killed at least 24 Pakistani soldiers on last Nov. 26 forcing Pakistani regime to ask the NATO to vacate its terror base used for attacking Pakistanis.

This drone attack follows tensions between the Pakistani government and the US administration over American air strikes last year that accidentally killed 24 Pakistani troops. According to the minister, the US attacks promote extremist moods in the region. The house hit before dawn was located in the main bazaar in Miran Shah, the biggest town in the North Waziristan tribal area, falling on the energy routes of US led terrocracies on the old Silk Route. Pakistan, always working for USA and its western allies, says that their exact identities were unknown, giving scope for suspicion.

NATO terror syndicate having converted Pakistan and Afghanistan into their safe terror sanctuaries to attack Muslims, have been engaged in ghastly terror operations for years now only to remove the people living on the proposed energy routes, and killing them at will just by calling them terrorists.

The US-NATO terror gangs have settled down in the tribal areas with their updated terror networks in order to secure the energy routes. The Haqqani faction says it no longer needs a sanctuary in North Waziristan and has made enough battlefield gains in Afghanistan to stay there. CIA has agents to speak for Al-Qaeda and Taliban, always speaking on condition of “anonymity because they were not authorized to talk to the media”.

Even as the tribal Muslims struggle in freezing cold in the last few days yet the Obama drones keep targeting them. People having a common destiny with their sovereignty fighter teams long back started living together with them notwithstanding heavy losses in lives and property suffered by them. More and more people join the sovereignty fighters’ army in Pakistan. Several militant groups, including the Afghan Taliban and al Qaeda, have a presence in Pakistan's northwestern ethnic Pashtun regions, taking advantage of a porous border with Afghanistan to conduct cross-border attacks, or plot violence elsewhere. North Waziristan is also an important base area for the Haqqani network.

Of late, Pakistani regime also strongly condemned US dronism, annoying CIA strategists. But despite its public stance against US-NATO terror arrogance and attacks, Pakistani regime has quietly supported the US drone program since President B Obama ramped up air strikes after taking office in 2009. Pakistani leadership says it was outraged by the US attack that killed its soldiers at two Afghan border posts in November. Pakistan retaliated by closing its border to supplies meant for NATO troops in Afghanistan and by kicking the US out of a based used by American drones.

Pakistani military which effectively decides this matter in favour of Pakistani people is uncommitted, at least so far. This explains the America’s new difficulty in somehow pacifying Pakistan military establishment.

The Pakistani army, however, held talks with NATO and Afghan forces on how to improve coordination across the Pakistan-Afghanistan border to avoid such incidents in the future. The top US military terror commander in the region, Gen. James Mattis, is scheduled to travel Pakistan this month, the first high-ranking official to visit since the deaths of the Pakistani soldiers.

Why does Pakistan still want to play US puppetry?

Can Pakistan protect its nukes from NATO rogues?

Can’t Pakistan live without US aid?

Is sovereignty and self-dignity as a free Muslim nation less important than promotion of US interests in the region?
