Libya: Infrastructure Contracts - Who Gets A Piece?

Now that Libya is purportedly liberated from what western media would have the world believe to be Gaddafi's forty-years of tyranny and persecution of its peoples and, NATO with the aid of Canadian air force bombs, has strategically destroyed all relevant infra-structure; hundreds of billions of contracts are there for the taking by a short list of nations namely, those that participated in supporting the Rebels.

Will it not be interesting to see just how evenly the `pie' is split between the likes of the US, Britain and France and, just how fairly or equitably Canada fairs in its share of the spoils.
