A study which was published in the American Journal of Hypertension also reported that animals who faced problems such as high blood pressure or high insulin levels were given Allicin to help them stabilize their weights and a difference was actually noticed.

The reports of a study made by the National Cancer Institute also stated about the effects of garlic on cancer

“The participants of the study who took 10 grams of garlic, scallions or onions each day portrayed a significantly lower risk of prostate cancer.”
