As Canadians we have heard about judges against bribed and engaged in other forms of corruption in Third World countries.  But, can that happen hear too?  Well it seems that John Summers who represents the Bell Baker law firm in our nation's capital has been pursing private communications with Judges of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.  The result of this activity appears to have been that Justices P. E Roger and John McNamara reversed a decision which sought to liberate Dezrin Carby-Samuels from her abusive husband.  

The original decision of Justice Patrick Smith was rendered on 11 February 2016 had enabled Raymond, her son, to see Dezrin on a daily basis, and to ensure that Dezrin received timely needed medical and other attention denied by Horace, the abuser. [please see above vide]

In an effort to perpetuate the documented abuse that Horace has been inflicting on Dezrin, John Summers who is Horace's lawyer “acquired” the services of  Justices P. E Roger and John McNamara who among other things, colluded to ignore all evidence which documented a pattern of systematized abuse against Dezrin, and then went so far as to assign $1500 in costs against Raymond for having presented evidence of abuse against his Mom in the first place.

AgoraMedia.ca is asking all readers to sign a petition demanding that the Canadian Judicial Council ask for the immediate resignation for Justices P. E Roger and John McNamara for their part in conspiracy.  The result of the macabre activities of thse two Judges is that Dezrin's health has gotten worse.  She can no longer walk, talk or write.  She has effectively been a prisoner in her own home at 30 Jarlan Terrace in Kanata, Ontario, where the City of Ottawa has given permission to members of the public to hold a peace vigil until she is liberates from conditions of abuse that Justice Patrick Smith had originally endorsed.
