Canadian Judicial Council Supports Dial-A-Judge Service to
Support Domestic Violence Against Women

Dear Attorney General,

This Open Letter to be published and distributed widely online is in response to Mr. Norman Sabourin's reply dated 5 October 2016.

I would like to inform your Office about an apparent service that the Canadian Judicial Council seems to have endorsed which can be referred to as “Dial-A-Judge”.

And it goes something like this –

Suppose you're a husband who is frustrated that you have been ordered by an ethical judge like Patrick Smith to enable your son to get access to his Mother who you have abused, battered and robbed her of the basic necessities of life.  This  includes medical services to the point that she can no longer walk, write or talk.

No worries!

Did you know that in Canada, and Ontario specifically, if you know the right lawyer he can apparently make an offer to a judge that he or she can't refuse that will get that judge to track down that ruling, ignore all evidence examined by the previous judge who went against you, and then get that case “set-aside” for you?

If you're one of these abusive husbands who is looking for a good fixer in the legal profession, why not contact John Summers?  He seems to have connections who would make other lawyers jealous in this regard.

Ask Mr. Summers if he can help you with tracking down Justice P. E. Roger and James McNamara so both of them can ignore all evidence against you that formed the basis of the previous order by an ethical Judge.

Rest assured, you will get complete satisfaction using Dial-A-Judge to ensure that you can continue to abuse and neglect “your woman” in peace and to overturn any court Order that seeks to enable visitation access by your adult children and others.

Dial-A-Judge is truly a saviour for a violent and abusive husband who wants to literally lock-up their disabled wife for daily psychological abuse and beatings.

Justice P. E. Roger and James McNamara will do what it takes for your satisfaction guaranteed as an abusive husband.  Both of them will not only ignore any and all evidence of abuse, neglect and other interference against your wife.  These judges will also ignore all Rules of Civil Procedure.

James McNamara who runs the Eastern Division of the Superior Court of Justice will remove any Judge who might affirm the original Court Order and will ensure that either he or Justice P. E. Roger is available for overturning Orders against you.

In so doing, John Summers [photo shown with article] can cut down costs for preparing a Legal Defence because he will be assured that no matter how much evidence he has to face in your behalf, victory will be yours.  

You would still have to pay Mr. Summers, but only enough to prepare a relatively skeletal Defence that minimally satisfies the Court.

By the way, in the Eastern Division of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, always avoid the messy term of “bribe” when seeking to get the verdict that you want a judge to support.  'Donation' is a much better word, and helps to avoid having to be connected with possible criminal misconduct.

Simply make a donation to the “charity” you're told, and voilà.

Justice P. E. Roger and James McNamara will even fine the son or other Good Samaritan who tried to get in your way of abusing your woman $1500.00 to teach him or her a lesson that men are superior to women and who have no rights.

No worries about Judges having to face any criminal misconduct because Mr. Sabourin at the Canadian Judicial Council will block any investigation for bribery or any other investigations for misconduct because he too will ignore evidence, as well as the Council's official mandate to review cases of judicial misconduct.

We invite you to consider charges of judicial misconduct against Justices P. E. Roger and James McNamara who have been responsible for Crimes Against Humanity in respect of Dezrin Carby-Samuels who was prevented from getting the help that she sought from her son -- thanks to these Judges.
