Our planet Earth has been safe from nuclear war based upon the doctrine of "mutually assured destruction".

However, the above video shows an apparent alleged plan by global elites to launch nuclear war while "saving themselves" through the construction of "underground cities".

The Mirror newspaper suggests that elites are planning to launch nuclear war sometime between 13 March 2017 and 12 October 2017 possibly on the pretext of North Korea.
