Named after the famous Italian city, Milan is a small town located in Missouri, United States. In this village, a very strange event occurred on the evening of 19 March.

According to an anonymous report published on Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) web page, on that date, a strange object was seen in the sky by a local resident, who also affirmed to have seen some “entities” following him.

“I was driving around that evening and was upset with my boss so I drove around to cool off”, he related. “I pick up puppies as a profession and had been under observation by animal activists at the time. So, when I returned home I started the app [infrared vision app] on my phone to see if there was anyone lurking around my property. When I turned to my right I noticed a strange object appearing in the sky”, he continued.

The unnamed witness stated that, as soon as he saw the alleged UFO, he tried to take photos of it. However, things got even odder, since a humanoid being allegedly appeared in those photos. “I started to take pictures of what I was seeing. The human-like figure started out as red lines for the eyes, nose and mouth, then it transformed into what appeared to be a human figure. Later, as I was going through the photos, I had noticed that there appeared to be one in the car with me”.

Additionally, he affirmed he observed a claw-shaped object behind a building that allegedly was not there before the encounter. “[There are] pictures of the 4-window building and what looks to be a claw is behind the buildings”, he said. “A few days later, I was in my car and had my worker with me, and that's when we saw the 4-window building. He couldn't believe what he was seeing; I couldn't believe he had seen it either”, he expressed.

“I figured it was a one-time thing, but they still appear often up to this day”, the Missouri resident asserted. He claimed for help, too.
