Early this month, on 01 December, a very unusual incident occurred in the small town of Carleton Place, Ontario.

According to an anonymous report published on Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) online database, a local resident affirmed to have “a white object” hovering over some power lines near the previously mentioned town.

“On 01 December, 2017 at 19:00, I had just finished work and was heading home”, the author of the report affirmed. “That's when I noticed a white object moving above the power lines”, he continued.

The Ontario resident asserted that he parked his car in order to have a better view of the object. He first thought it was a natural phenomenon. “I had stopped my car to make sure that it was not light deflecting, since the sky was overcast. That's when I saw the UFO heading northwest and moving around between the lines”, he continued.

The Canadian citizen explained that the unidentified object was between 10 and 15 feet in diameter, and it looked like “a fried egg”. “The object was about maybe 10 to 15 feet in diameter”, he said. “It's hard to explain because the best way I can describe the UFO is that it was shaped like a fried egg, with the outer part in a misty white and the middle in a brighter white”, he added.

The unnamed witness also mentioned that the UFO had strange flight patterns. “It moved like a flying ‘magic’ carpet”, he expressed. “I followed it for about half a kilometre and then it headed upwards and I lost track of it”, he commented.

“I was intrigued by what I was seeing and I guess in awe, since I've never seen something like this and as low”, he expressed. “I had seen UFOs before but only moving lights in the distance”, he claimed.
