A couple of weeks ago, on 15 March, a very unusual event was witnessed in the city of Abbotsford, British Columbia.

According to an anonymous report published on Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) online database, a local resident claimed to have seen a black, noisy object hovering over the Canadian town.

“I was driving down a poorly lit road, around 08:40 PM (it was already dark). I had another person with me at the time”, the witness said. “At first, I didn't really pay much attention to the craft, as I assumed it was an airplane in a distance. I started taking more notice as I continued driving and the air craft seemed to be quite low and slow moving. However, as I neared the object, it was not moving at all; it was hovering in one spot directly over the road”, he added.

The British Columbia resident also affirmed that he drove until he reached the object. He then saw that the UFO was black and had flashing lights. “I kept driving, but I slowed down as I was driving under it, directly under it. I then told my companion: ‘that is not a plane!’ It was black with lights (the lights flashed like an airplane, and that is why I thought it was a plane in the beginning)”, he commented. “It was loud sounding as I passed under it”, he said.

“I drove up to the next street crossing (it is approximately like a city block and a half) and did a ‘U’ turn, since I was going to take pictures or a video. I sped back down the road, but as I neared it again, it left”, the Canadian citizen asserted. “It just looked like just any other light in the sky within seconds”, he continued.

“I don't know what it was, but it was not a drone or an airplane”, he expressed.
