The first set of clinical trials against the novel coronavirus in Africa began late June 2020, sparking several controversial talking points on how the vaccines are being weaponized.

The trials were launched in Johannesburg, South Africa and managed by the University of Witwatersrand—who are testing the ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 vaccine developed at Jenner Institute in Oxford University. About 2,000 volunteers were participating in the trials aged 18 to 65 years old, with some of the volunteers being HIV positive patients.

However, another announcement was made early July 2020 of a private-public partnership between financial technological giant, MasterCard, Trust Stamp—an artificial intelligence (AI) identity authentication startup company, and GAVI vaccine alliance—a non-governmental organization focused on vaccination and heavily financed by billionaire philanthropist Bill Gates.

The partnership was forged to create a digital immunization record like credit cards and would be targeted at rural communities where child vaccination is needed to save infant lives. In a 2018 press release, Dr. Seth Berkley, CEO of GAVI, said the digital program represents the organization’s mission of ensuring that every child worldwide gains access to essential vaccines needed to survive and continuously thrive.

The digital identity platform was first announced in December 2018 and will integrate technologies developed by Mastercard’s Digital Wellness program with Evergreen Hash—a digital identification technology created by Trust Stamp. The platform works by taking snapshots of an individual’s fingerprint, palm or face, and converting it into secure data that makes it difficult to be mishandled. The leadership at GAVI-Mastercard believe this encrypted data would be very useful in regions like Africa where identity documentation is either non-existent or very primitive.

What then is the implication of having this biometric immunization tested in a region like Africa? The first COVID-19 case in Africa was reported in Egypt on 14 February, and since then, the continent has recorded over 2.8 million cases and more than 65,000 deaths, according to report from Johns Hopkins University. Testing for the biometric ID is scheduled to begin soon and the platform will also double as both a vaccination record and payment system—as it would be linked to Mastercard’s click-to-play system that’s powered by its machine learning and AI technology division, NuData.

However, the continuous preference for vaccine trials in Africa has become a cause for concern, due to several instances of Western researchers conducting unethical trials in the continent. There have been various reports of foreign scientists and pharmaceuticals conducting medical experiments in Africa—and on individuals with African origins even in the USA.

Last year, a group of French scientists came under fire after suggesting that Africa is a suitable location for testing vaccines against COVID-19 because of how poor their response to the pandemic was, stating that “there are no masks, no treatments, no resuscitation”. Despite the World Health Organization (WHO) condemning the statement, it still fueled a cloud of uncertainty over the ethical nature of those involved in COVID-19 vaccine trials across Africa.

Investigative journalist Peter Tremblay, in his book titled COVID-19: The Biometric Vaccine Brave New World Totalitarian Agenda, reveals how the virus was bioengineered as a weapon of mass destruction against humanity to foster personal ideologies and vendettas.

He uncovers the ploy behind the pandemic that is currently spreading fast and causing harm to millions of citizens worldwide. The perpetrators aim to trample on our human rights by controlling the population and establishing a New World Order.

This apparent ploy is also documented in well-researched book titled COVID-19: The Genetically Engineered Pandemic.

Now, with the incorporation of a biometric digital identity platform with the coronavirus vaccination process, Africa has become a testing ground for the establishment of this New World Order. The GAVI-Mastercard Wellness Pass program is connected to a digital payment solution which means without receiving this biometric ID, it would be near impossible to gain access to essential services such as food, healthcare and transportation.

Before the outbreak of COVID-19, several tech companies and nonprofit organizations had been clamouring for a digital and biometric form of identification. In 2014, the World Bank launched a digital identification initiative called Identification for Development, or ID4D. The program was created to improve citizen’s access to their bank’s resources in areas such as social welfare, financial inclusion and health.

Also, the ID2020 alliance announced a similar program in 2018 with the same goal and now, the coronavirus outbreak has created a perfect opportunity for these organizations to push hard for the implementation of digital IDs.

Whether these events are coincidences or not, there is the overall feeling that the entire pandemic and the biometric vaccination programs were premeditated—and the urgency shown in developing and testing the vaccines are all part of the ploy. Pfizer, MasterCard and GAVI are working together to create a biometric ID vaccination program with an ulterior motive to not only control population growth but to create a surveillance system for the ruling class.

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, owned and managed by Bill Gates, has been at the centre of this controversy, despite their pledge to provide support to those living in Third World countries by giving them access to adequate food, water, and healthcare. The foundation has contributed millions of dollars towards the research and development of a COVID-19 vaccine and has expressed support over the use of biometric identification during vaccination.

When asked about his thoughts around ID systems and immunity passports for vaccine tracking, Bill said that “eventually we will have some digital certificates to show who has recovered or been tested recently or when we have a vaccine who has received it.”

This is not the first time that Gates has been linked to population control theories. In 2010, a former employee with a government health initiative in Ghana reveals that a project partially funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation had tested the contraceptive Depo-Provera on unsuspecting members of a remote community in Navrongo, as part of an illegal “population control experiment”s.

In a video posted on YouTube, a man is shown making a series of claims targeted towards the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, citing an anonymous whistleblower from GlaxoSmithKline, a UK Pharmaceutical company, as his source. The main claim is that the coronavirus vaccine has already been created long ago but it contains dangerous chemicals that can cause infertility which corroborates with the global depopulation agenda.

Gates obsession with population control, especially in Africa, in addition to the upcoming biometric vaccination trial program in the same continent, shows just how these fascist groups are rapidly pushing their own secret agendas—with Africa being used as a testing ground before spreading to other parts of the world.

Using biometrics to conduct the COVID-19 immunization will not only expose individuals to the risk of data privacy breaches but will also allow for other unethical uses of the technology. There are already strong suggestions that the biometric vaccination program to be tested in Africa is being used as a weapon of mass destruction against humanity by those who are the major beneficiaries of the pandemic— such as the Big Pharma and technological companies.
