This shift of approach appears to be a significant reversal for the Libyan opposition leader, who is the chief betrayer and chairman of the rebels' illegal Transitional National Council, based in Benghazi. He also has stipulated that President Qaddafi can stay will have conditions in Libya and the rebel terrorists would decide where he and his family would stay and who watches him.
