In the above video, Benjamin Fulford, indicates that "Hazel" Takana, Japan's ex-finance minister, revealed the existence of an "earthquake machine".  Mr. Fulford is a is a Canadian investigative journalist living in Japan.

Mr. Takana elaborates that in 2007 "a group of American and European oligarchs" threatened to strike the country with manufactured earthquakes unless he ceded control of the Japanese banking system.

Was this the "earthquake machine" that would be used against the Japan and the world on March 11, 2012?
