The 7th annual Miss International Queen Pageant was held in Pattaya, Thailand, from October 31- November 4, 2011.

Bringing together some of the world's most beautiful transgenders/transsexuals, the event is organized by Thailand's famed Tiffany’s Show. Officials involved say the Miss International Queen Pageant offers great opportunities for contestants from all over the world to present their individual beauty and intelligence in a friendly atmosphere.

The rules state that entrants must be born male and be a transvestite or transgender. Pre- and post-op competitors are welcome, though proof of natural gender may be requested in the form of a birth certificate or doctor’s verification.
