The Barack Obama regime signed an Executive Order on March 16, 2012 stating that the President and his "specifically designated Secretaries" now have the authority to commandeer all domestic U.S. resources including food and water.  This new Executive Order also affirms that the Office of the President can by-pass the U.S. Congress can immediately re-instate a military draft.  Anyone who resist this military draft will be immediately subjected to apparently already built "Detention Centres" like the ones in the above and below video.
