In Rhoddy Bay a different witness reports a corresponding orange disc heading southwest towards Ottawa on 8 June 2012 also based upon information compiled by The Canadian. Rhoddy’s Bay is along the Ottawa River, and across from the province of Québec in Canada. Ottawa is Canada’s capital.
