Just one week ago, on 23 September, a quite unusual incident was reported in the city of Hillsboro, Oregon.

According to an anonymous testimony published on Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) online database, a local resident who was driving after midnight claimed to have seen a bright, triangle-shaped object hovering over the town.

“I was driving east on Evergreen Road from Jackson School Road at 4:25 AM, when I noticed a white light traveling eastward and appeared to be just north of 26 freeway”, the witness affirmed. “It caught my attention for some reason, like it was either bigger or brighter than I was used to seeing from airplanes (it was still very dark out) and I felt it was traveling slower as well”, he added.

The Oregon resident asserted that he did not pay much attention to this light since he first thought it was an airplane, but he soon realised it was something different. “I didn't think about it until I got to the intersection of Evergreen and Brookwood Parkway and stopped for the traffic light. Then when I checked again it was now headed south towards the intersection (up Brookwood, between the road and Genentech factory). It was traveling slow and was now much lower to the ground”, he said.

“Just before it got to the intersection, the craft banked hard and started heading Northwest (basically did a U-turn traveling diagonally across Genentech and headed towards the North Plains area). It was when this thing was banking, that I finally got to see it”, the American expressed. “This craft was triangular, with the point being the front. The length was maybe 1 or 2 buses and the width the length of 1 or 2 cars”, he described.

Finally, shocked by this incident, the witness decided to take his phone and record it, but when he did that, the UFO had gone. “Completely caught off guard, I grabbed for my phone but it was too late because it was heading away from me and back into the darkness”, he said.
