Just about a week ago, more specifically on 08 November, a quite unusual incident was reported in the city of Barrie, Ontario.

According to an anonymous testimony posted on Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) online database, a local resident affirmed to have seen a group of “odd lights” hovering over the Canadian town.

“I was very late getting going in the morning, and when I exited the car from the garage I noticed that, very far in the distance, there were some very odd lights I had never seen previously anywhere”, the witness asserted. “I didn't have the time to look and was so rushed I had to leave while these lights were still rotating and changing shapes but never moving its position in the sky”, he continued.

The Ontario resident explained he tried to take a lot of pictures of the event, but he only managed to take a two. “I don't know why I took only two pictures but I did take the two. The camera I used has an effective focal length of a 520 millimetres telephoto lens and I must have been more concerned with watching these lights rotating in unison as a string, the 2 pictures I did take were likely within a couple seconds of each other”, he said.

“It was dark (probably 6:30 a.m.), and there was kind of a mist like an ice fog in the sky and the ambient street lighting pretty much erased the stars from the sky with this slight haze to the sky”, the Canadian explained. “I live in the southeast end of Barrie, and I would estimate these lights could have been as far away as Bradford or Newmarket”, he added.
