Are artificial life forms operating in "human vessels" responsible for the apparent bizarre decision-making by elites in relationship to environmental issues?  In the above video, David Icke describes these artificial life forms which were observed by indigenous communities.

The Pagan Gnostics referred to the archons as "artifical man". The archons seek to parasitize the soul-energy which humans represents.  The archons are soul-less entities without empathy, which have a mind that essentially could be viewed to be a sophisticated computer.

Could this explain why elites seem to pursue self-aggrandizement without any apparent regard to the environment, and the destruction of whole communities and societies from environmental destructions?

Pagan Gnostics sought to warn humanity that archons can replicate matter as "shape shifting" entities which can appear to be human.  Archons seek to infilitrate elite decision-making institutions which from organized religion to political-military structures.

Each archon is connected to each other as a “hive mind” to what Pagan Gnostics referred to as the “Demiurge”. The Demiurge controls hierarchically controlled layers of archons entities which seek to “please” the Demiurge. By pleasing the Demiurge, archon entities rise to power within the hive matrix of the Demiurge.

Our system of capitalism was contrived by the archons to foster the Demiurge’s parasitism. The Pagan Gnostics identified elite-controlled organizations on Earth, including organized religions, as the “humanized face of aliens”. The archons tend to preside and control over such organizations in behalf of the Demiurge.
