The people in charge of dictating policy on Global Warming/Climate Change in the world are nothing more than placebo climate scientists who have no more right to claim to be meteorologists and atmospheric physic experts than your medical doctor does.

We would not dream of going to our mechanic for a medical related condition or getting advice about a plumbing problem from an attorney. However, this is exactly what we are doing when we believe these liars at the IPCC, WMO, United Nations and other related organizations who are in positions of dictating climate policy.

The IPCC “Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change” is made up of individuals who, although well educated in unrelated fields, having nothing to do with meteorology or climate science they all share a background as environmentalists. They want us to believe they are expert climate scientists when nothing could be further from the truth.

In reality, they are experts in fields necessary in duping people into believing in GW/CC such as computer manipulation necessary in showing fake images, tampering with actual weather data to make it appear as they want us to see it, rather than as it actually is and arranging results from their own findings to fit their preordained ideas.

The World Meteorological Organization “WMO” quickly made changes to their top three, since it was discovered that the previous head of the organization Dr. Alexander Beritskiy was nothing more than an Enviroclown masquerading as a climate scientist.

Beritskiy’s second in command was Dr. Ali Noorjan of Iran who was President of Islamic Republic of Iran Meteorology and Permanent Representative of Islamic Republic of Iran at the WMO, which led to questions of credibility and motive from the beginning.

These guys have since been replaced with current President David Grimes who on the surface seems like a qualified meteorologist from his resume which reads; David Grimes was elected President of the World Meteorological Organization by Sixteenth World Meteorological Congress in 2011 for a four-year term beginning immediately after the closure of the Congress. David Grimes has been Assistant Deputy Minister and head of Environment Canada’s Meteorological Service since July 2006. He has been Canada’s Permanent Representative with WMO since December 2006.

Mr. Grimes has 35 years of scientific, research and management experience at Environment Canada. He has over 20 years experience working with WMO initiatives and programs. His experience also includes a significant number of challenging positions and assignments over the years, ranging from operations to science to policy.

He occupied the position of Director General with the Meteorological Service of Canada for 15 years for a number of posts, including Canadian Climate Center, Policy, Services, Predictions and Partnerships. Mr. Grimes has extensive educational experience in the domains of science and management (MBA level).

He holds a Bachelor of Science in physics, mathematics and meteorology and is a certified professional meteorologist.} What we are not told is Grimes is not a meteorologist but yet another environmentalist placebo meteorologist. Grimes was the head of Environmental Canada Meteorological Service since 2006, but only in the capacity of an environmentalist. His resume states he is an accredited meteorologist.

On the surface, it seems that he is qualified for the position. Upon further examination, however it seems he is only an honorary meteorologist. His professional Certification comes from NOS Canada’s National Occupational Standards, which is nothing more than an environmental organization awarding certification as meteorologists to those who research environmental issues related to weather and climate. Thus, Grimes is no more qualified to head the WMO than Dr. Beritskiy was, having no formal accredited training in Meteorology or Atmospheric Physics. Grimes second in command at the WMO is Antonio Divia Moura who is an IPCC clown interested in environmental issues above all else. Dr. Moura, Vice President of WMO holds a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (1974), where he received the Carl Gustav Rossby Award for the most outstanding Meteorology thesis of the year.

He also holds an Electrical Engineer degree from UFMG, Brazil (1969).Yet just another environmentalist with a Ph.D. in the capability to manipulate data to fit an agenda. The third Vice President of this pseudo climate organization is Abdalah Mokssit who needs no further background scrutiny since he is the Vice Chair of the IPCC.

Academically he is an expert at providing climate scenarios through manipulating computer models. Perhaps the most interesting placebo climate scientist of all is Christiana Figueres who is the United Nations Climatic Chief and top climate official. This woman has absolutely no academic background in climate, weather or related science, having only a Masters Degree in Social Anthropology. What she is, is a politician, big time environmentalist and GW/CC promoter. Not someone qualified in anyone’s mind to be in the position of dictating world climate policy. If GW/CC was the great threat to the planet we are told it is then why isn’t it being presented and examined by the world’s great actual climate scientists and meteorologists? It is simply because it is a political based scheme for control and financial gain for those behind the cause, offering flawed data and manipulated computer models in place of actual recorded and visual fact. Scientifically, nothing we are told or shown in this genre can be proven because it is all based on fictional forecasted models of a scenario from the minds of sinister people for dubious purposes.

It is time we require individuals in the business of climate science to be actual climate scientists and meteorologists not placebo meteorologists passing themselves off as authentic.
