Justin Bieber is being sued for paternity by 20-year old Mariah Yeater, who claims she had groupie sex with the under 18 “Baby” hitmaker last year.

Radar Online reports that the alleged mother filed suit against the Canadian on Oct. 31, claiming that she had sex in a backstage bathroom at Staples Stadium in Los Angeles -- which resulted in “The Bieb” impregnating her with a male child.

Yeater is currently pushing for the court to order the pop icon to submit to DNA testing and prove that her 3-month old son is a match for the “One Less Lonely Girl” singer.

A spokesman for the Bieber camp said, "We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations."
