Don't bother seeking to make your complaint to the so-called “Special Investigations Unit” or any other organization related to the Ottawa Police if you don't want to wast your time.  Such organizations exist largely as public relations damage control for the Ottawa Police.

The best way that victims can seek justice against the racism and corruption of the Ottawa Police Services is to go to Small Claims Court in Ottawa on Elgin Street.

The more people who seek to hold the Ottawa Police Service accountable directly through Ottawa Small Claims Court, is the sooner that the Government of Ontario and the Premier of Ontario will have to take notice that people have had enough of the dirty cops running rampant through the Ottawa Police Services.

The dirty cops like those who killed Abdirahman Abdi, 37, with their bear hands in cold bold are giving the decent cops in Ottawa a bad name.  The killing of Mr Abdi has exposed a pattern of human rights abuses by the Ottawa Police Services.  These cops would not have killed Mr Abdi with their bear hands like that if they did not think the so-called "SIU" was going to eventually somehow cover-up the inhumanity of these cops.  And rest assured that these aren't the lone dirty cops in Ottawa.

Human rights abuses inflicted Ottawa Police Services include those inflicted by Ottawa Police Detective Robert Griffin who had needlessly stalked one Black Canadian for months based upon a fraudlent police report that the Black Canadian had been suffering from mental illness.  It was only when Dectective Robert Griffin was sued multiple times that his criminal harassment abate.

Detective Robert Griffin's harassment included banging the victim's door down late in the evening for over 30 minutes, and shouting though the door  saying that he could see he victim's shoes through the window.  At the time he was in plain clothes and in a vechicle that was unmarked.  He also told the victim that if he told friend and family about his threats that he would charge the victim with harassment.  Dectective Griffin also sent this Black Canadian harassing text message and has apparently even tried to manipulate the Nepean, Rideau and Osgoode Resource Centre to prevent enabling their access to see this Black Canadian's sick and disabled Mother!
