Dr. Leuren Moret: Fukushima linked to population control?
Independent scientist Leuren Moret, whose 2004 landmark article in the Japan Times unmasked lies and distortions by government and company officials that led to the construction of nuclear power plants in seismically dangerous areas. She declared in an exclusive 65-minute video interview with Alfred Lambremont Webre that the “Japan earthquake and “accidents” at the Fukushima’s 6 nuclear power plant units starting March 11, 2011 are in fact deliberate acts of tectonic nuclear warfare. Dr. Moret claims that Fukushima’s disaster has been executed against the populations ecology of Japan and the nations of the Northern Hemisphere, including the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

Scientific researchers have provided substantial scientific evidence that indicates Fukushima was a HAARP triggered event preceded by ionospheric heating from the Tromso Norway HAARP facility (funded by Wallenburg bankers and owned by UK, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Japan, China) until three days before the earthquake, and by the 2.5 Hz earthquake causing frequency from the Gakona Alaska HAARP facility (US).
A research paper published in "Geomatics, Natural Hazards and Risk" Volume 1, Issue 2, 2010, by two Japanese wireless transmissions scientists, provided new evidence that earthquakes suspected to be HAARP triggered (ULF anomaly) events, were preceeded by at least a week of ULF frequencies and were triangulated from the earthquake focus back to the actual transmitters that the ULF signals originated from, more specifically the Kobe earthquake (1995) and an earlier earthquake near Niigata north of Kanto or Tokyo region. Other earthquakes preceded by the ULF anomaly were Loma Prieta in San Francisco Bay area, Haiti earthquake, Sumatra earthquake, Izu swarm, Iwate, Kagoshima, Izu, Pitak, Miyagi, Guam, and Biak. The scientists also identified a swarm of ULF/VLF/LF transmitters in the Kanto region (Tokyo) with various types of magnetometers. Two receiving transmitters in Japan (JJY, JJI) and three foreign transmitters (NWC (Australian), NPM (Hawaii), NLK (USA)) were also identified. Temporal analysis of wireless transmissions associated with SE Asian earthquakes identified transmitter/receivers in Japan and NW Australia that were involved.

A pattern of infrared heating anomalies prior to the Fukushima earthquake, in the fault zone along the tectonic plate boundaries on the east side of Japan, were reported by NASA scientists in mid-May at MIT and reported on the TECHNOLOGY REVIEW website published by MIT.
"Seemingly inexplicable and rapid heating of the ionosphere [from Tromso, Norway] directly above the epicenter reached a maximum only three days prior to the quake, according to satellite observations, suggesting that directed energy emitted from transmitters [Tromso and Gakona] used in the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) may have been responsible for inducing the quake. "

Scientists commenting on the MIT report also reported that the Tromso Norway HAARP facility was conducting ionosopheric heating experiments (including two visiting Russian scientists) up to three days before the Fukushima earthquake. Tromso HAARP heating along the fault zone boiled water in the fault zone causing steam to expand the "stuck" portions of the fault faces in the zone, allowing the energy locked in the fault zone to release by triggering the fault with a special frequency. A 2.5 HZ HAARP signal is known to be the earthquake triggering frequency used in the tectonic warfare program of HAARP. Days before the Fukushima earthquake, the 2.5 Hz signal was identified on transmissions from the HAARP magnetometer at the Gakona, Alaska, HAARP facility.

The science supports my statement that the Fukushima earthquake was triggered by HAARP, ionospheric heating of the fault zone was conducted from the Tromso, Norway, HAARP facility, and the 2.5 HZ signal was transmitted from Gakona, Alaska. This is the solid scientific basis for my statements that are widely distributed across the world and have not been countered with scientific facts challenging my statements.
The reality of the Fukushima nuclear power plant disaster is that any nuclear power facility or power plant in the world can now be converted to a nuclear tectonic event remotely and silently triggered by HAARP - a new kind of nuclear warfare carried out from a computer keyboard at any time and anywhere. The global community has no defense against this extremely lethal form of covert global tectonic nuclear warfare and it is threatening the very survival of the human race.
