Global Havoc: U.S.-Russia linked to Climate Warfare
The important debate on global warming under UN auspices provides but a partial picture of climate change; in addition to the devastating impacts of greenhouse gas emissions on the ozone layer, the World's climate can now be modified as part of a new generation of sophisticated "non-lethal weapons." Both the Americans and the Russians have developed capabilities to manipulate the World's climate. The significant expansion in America's weather warfare arsenal, which is a priority of the Department of Defense is not a matter for debate or discussion. While, environmentalists blame America for not having signed the Kyoto protocol, the issue of "weather warfare", namely the manipulation of weather patterns for military use is never mentioned. The US Air Force has the capability of manipulating climate either for testing purposes or for outright military-intelligence use. These capabilities extend to the triggering of floods, hurricanes, droughts and earthquakes. In recent years, large amounts of money have been allocated by the US Department of Defense to further developing and perfecting these capabilities.
In the US, the technology is being perfected under the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) as part of the ("Star Wars") Strategic Defence Initiative (SDI). Recent scientific evidence suggests that HAARP is fully operational and has the ability of potentially triggering floods, droughts, hurricanes and earthquakes. From a military standpoint, HAARP is a weapon of mass destruction. Potentially, it constitutes an instrument of conquest capable of selectively destabilising agricultural and ecological systems of entire regions.

This modern day omen worship of climate blame was a consultant's w*t-dream and turned well intentioned planet lovers into fear mongering neocons of CO2 environMENTALism as they condemned billions of children to the greenhouse gas chambers. "I see the signs. I see the change. The change is all around us." History will have a ball with this political correctness on steroids. The good news is that the occupywallstreet's list of demands surprisingly does not even mention climate change. Perhaps taxing the air we breathe through CO2 mitigation, or bank funded and corporate run Carbon Trading Markets ruled by politicians wasn't such a good idea after all? Obama never even mentioned a climate crisis in his state of the union address and it begs the question that if there really are countless thousands of consensus scientists who understand the "crisis" more than we do, how is that they not only out-number climate change protesters, but they are not seen marching en mass and trying to get on Oprah? Only a comet hit or nuclear war could be worse than unstoppable warming. Don't scientists have kids too? Eric Hoffer said it best in his study of social movements; The True Believer; "You can't have a little catastrophic crisis.", but people believe it anyways.
All social movements involving Omen Worship concern Humans believing they can somehow compete with the powers of the cosmos that they evolved from. It’s a comfort zone that says if we can destroy planets, then we are the immortal Gods too.
