Saskatchewan Roughriders avoid a three-peat
The Saskatchewan Roughriders had a coach and a quarterback who screwed up two Grey Cups in a row. With any other CFL franchise, the coach would probably be fired and the quarterback would be traded or given an attitude adjustment.
What do they do in Saskatchewan?
Give the coach (Ken Miller) a cushy upstairs job and later re-hire him as head coach, while retaining the quarterback (Darian Durant), probably giving both a salary increase. The only good scene is that, after this season, they cannot screw up a third Grey Cup.
