Please note my sighting of an apparent strange looking tower building photos [left].

On 12 December 2011, around 12am in the morning, I was looking at the stars as they where bright and sky was clear. I then noticed the moon rising at 00:05.  It was bright and appeared to be different in relation to the expected moon phase.

The moon now seems from my residence in Taiwan to appear at strange times of the day, and I have been noticing strange glows around the moon.
