The B.C. Lions moved into a tie for first place in the west with their eighth straight win, eliminating the Saskatchewan Roughriders from the post-season.
In other CFL news, Sears Travel announced a two-year sponsorship agreement with the Canadian Football League, making the company the official travel provider of the CFL and the 99th Grey Cup. Promotion of the sponsorship will consist of appearances with Michael “Pinball†Clemons, contests, player appearances and in-stadium branding.
