Are the creation of holographic UFOs a part of a psychological warfare campaign to prepare human for an alien threat that is being orchestrated to become the new 'Osama Bin Laden' for elites?
 
In the above video, a self-described contactee of Cosmic Human Extraterrestrials which was interviewed by Alfred Lambremont Webre attributed many UFO sightings to hollographic projections created by Manipulative Extraterrestrials and their operatives. This alleged Human Extraterrestrial contactee says that Manipulative Extraterrestrials seek to inflate the presence of actual UFOs. The alleged purpose of  hollographic UFOs is linked by the self-described contactee to the apparent purpose of the War on Terrorism on society.

Alex Collier is a self-described contactee of an interdimensional and integalactic community of Human Extraterrestrials.  Mr. Collier alleges that Non-Human Silicon-based Manipulative Extraterrestrials (described by Dr. John Lash) travelled back in time to interfere Earthbound human history. 

Hollographic UFOs are apparently emblematic of the kind of alleged psychological warfare that silicon-based Non-Human Extraterrestrials have sought to excute against Earthbound humanity.

In the above video, the alleged contactee interviewed by Dr. Webre, indicated that a relative small percentage of UFOs are controlled by what Dr. Michael Salla refers to as MIEC or the "Military-Industrial-Extraterrestrial-Complex" or interests.  The interviewed self-described Cosmic Human contactee also indicated that some UFO orbs are from Off-world Ethical Cosmic Humans, who are allegedly concerned about the plight of Earth under MIEC control.
