NAU agenda: Canada's destroyed sovereignty accelerates

A recent CTV News/The Associated Press article dated 28th October 2011, reports on a radical policy shift being implemented along the Canada-U.S. border. This announcement interestingly enough, comes on the the eve of an official announcement by the two governments on a common security perimeter or perimeter security deal which is currently being negotiated behind closed doors by Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper and U.S. President Barack Obama.

This recent move by the United States government requires border agents to cease and desist the searching of buses, trains and airports for illegal immigrants at transportation hubs along the Canadian border, entering into the United States. This order being forwarded by field offices is reported to have come from Border Patrol headquarters in Washington, D.C. Current Border Patrol agents said field offices around the country began receiving the order last month — “soon after the Obama administration announced that to ease an overburdened immigration system, it would allow many illegal immigrants to remain in the country while it focuses on deporting those who have committed crimes“-CTV.

Halting the practice has agents scratching their heads, where the so-called “transportation checks” make up the bulk of their everyday duties. The order has not been made public, but two agents described it to the AP on condition of anonymity because the government does not authorize them to speak to the media. The union that represents Border Patrol agents is planning to issue a news release about the change, 31st October 2011.

The situation is reported to be similar in upstate New York, where an agent told the AP — also on the condition of anonymity — that a senior manager relayed the new directive during a morning roll call last month. Since then, instead of checking buses or trains, agents have spent shifts sitting in their vehicles gazing out at Lake Erie and Lake Ontario, where few illegal immigrants cross. ”They’re already bored,” the agent said. “You grab the paper every day and you go do the crossword.” The Border Patrol informed officials at the Bellingham airport on Thursday that from now on they would only be allowed to come to the airport “if there’s an action that needs their assistance,” said airport manager Daniel Zenk. Sounds like another great use of tax payer money, or does this latest stance play into a larger agenda? Where is the government going with this?

CTV News reports that Doug Honig, a spokesman for the American Civil Liberties Union of Washington, welcomed the news. He is quoted as saying ”If the Border Patrol is indeed not boarding buses and trains and engaging in the random questioning of people, that’s a step in the right direction,”  ”People shouldn’t be questioned by government officials when there’s no reason to believe they’ve done anything wrong.”

Doug Hoing is certainly correct, people shouldn’t have to be subjected to questioning by government officials when there’s no reason to believe they have done something wrong. However when crossing international boundaries of sovereign nations, one could reasonably expect that they will be questioned on matters of citizenship and destination, regardless of your skin colour or personal appearance. Perhaps Mr. Hoing should consider the bigger picture unfolding here, albeit his intentions were undoubtedly pure.

Perhaps the reason former and current border agents and employees in the transportation sector are scratching their heads on this recent move is because, in order to understand why this is happening, one must understand the North American Union agenda which is unfolding before our very eyes.

What is the bigger picture you ask? What is the North American Union agenda? What are they trying to accomplish? Why won’t the governments protect our borders at a time when they claim we should redefine the very definition of the word sovereignty and insist we give up some of our rights and freedoms, to accept the Biometric and RFID identification scheme and welcome the intrusive and often, unlawful measures imposed by the likes of the TSA and DHS in the name of “homeland security”, in the name of national security against terrorist threats, foreign and domestic?

We ask, wasn’t it about two years ago that Canada had to comply with American WHTI requirements, causing the Provincial governments of Canada to impose an RFID & Biometric, harmonized ID system (Enhanced Drivers Licence & e-Passports) onto Canadians that wish to cross the Canada-U.S. border (by land or sea). And didn’t they just recently use tax payer money to upgrade and integrate all the main border facilities with the equipment required to utilize this RFID & Biometric human tracking technology technology?

Wasn’t it just a few months ago that the United States was calling for a fence- yes a fence, to be built along the northern border? Wasn’t it just a few months ago that the news broke to Canadians about how the U.S. government is using military style predator drones to patrol the Canada-U.S. border in search of terrorists and criminals? Wasn’t it just a few months ago that Senator Joe Lieberman stated that the there is a greater threat at the U.S.-Canada border then there is at the U.S.-Mexican border? Wasn’t it just over two years ago that Janet Napolitano claimed that some of the 911 hijackers slipped into the United States from Canada but was forced to later apologize but stuck with the mantra that Canada is more lax then they are on whom we allow into our country?

I think it was just over a year ago that Obama and the Province of Quebec announced their “Project Of The Century, Bullet Train for North American Union“, where they stated that this high-speed rail project will allow travelers to zip from Quebec to New York, without having to stop for customs inspections at the traditional/physical borders.

I think it hasn’t quite been a year yet since Prime Minister Stephen Harper announced that tax payer money is being spent in Winnipeg on the construction of Canada’s hub for the “NAFTA Superhighway”, officially titled with the corporate name, CentrePort Canada. The plan is to allow for shipping/cargo trucks to come from as far south as Mexico, through the United States and into Canada without having to stop for customs inspections and security checks at each physical border. This would be the very same international trade corridor that he and former President, George W. Bush laughed and made jokes about after they were questioned by media on the matter.

Could this latest announcement of the U.S. halting routine bus and train checks at the Canadian border be very closely linked to the scams in progress we listed above? We feel this is yet another incremental step in preparation for the eventual removal of the physical internal borders, a step towards Harper and Obama’s “Common Security Perimeter For North America” which was originally called for by the American, CFR and the Canadian, CCCE during the development of the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America framework, and as outlined in the 2005 CFR Task Force document titled, “Building A North American Community” where they call for the creation of a common security perimeter around Canada, The United States and Mexico by 2010 with goal of severely “thinning” the internal borders via the use of human tracking technologies such as Biometrics and RFID.  The recent CTV News story concerning a leaked draft outlining some of the goals under this Common Security Perimeter Deal, one being the ability to track in real-time, ALL travelers in North America came at no surprise to us! It simply confirms the why and how they are going to be able to remove the physical/traditional interior borders inside this new ‘Fortress North America’.

This recent CTV/AP article on halting inspections on buses, trains and airports does seem to give some clues that reinforces this conclusion, and is actually very insightful when taking all of this into account (the big picture). It states in the article that U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency In a separate statement mentioned, “Conducting intelligence-based transportation checks allows the Border Patrol to use their technology and personnel resources more effectively, especially in areas with limited resources.” Could RFID, Biometric/ Facial Recognition be classified as “intelligence-based”? Could a new ID system that is now fully integrated with the United States, complete with your own personal “threat assessment profile” be classified as “intelligence-based”? Could the tracking in REAL-TIME ALL travelers in North America be considered “intelligence based”?

With this type of technology and the obvious intention on using it to its full potential (got to maximize resources, what would the tax payers say if we didn’t) and now the final steps to bring it into law, to legitimize what they are currently involved in via Treaties disguised as mere trade deals. It is offensive to us to witness the use of the Royal Prerogative Powers to bind both Canadian national security and our national sovereignty (our ability to self govern) to that of the United States. The Canadian Fathers of Confederation are now doing full spin in their graves!
