Let me start by saying I couldn't care less if this food was served in the middle of a mine field, we would still stand in the long line ups and put up with the noisy, industrial atmosphere. The bottom line is the effort is spent on the food, which is the most important thing for us.

Most people already know the bread is amazing. On it's own these make any sandwich good, but we have been to a number places in and around Ottawa who use the art is in bread, but the sandwiches are just not the same as within the Art Is In restaurant. My wife and kids love the baked stuff. We haven't tried brunch, but the flatbreads are pretty good as well.

We have been there at least a dozen times, never disappointed.
