Many reseachers and whistleblowers claim that manipulative aliens live underground and are known to Earth's elites who they control.  Dr. Michael Salla has commented extensively on how an alleged reptillian race exerts control over a "political-military-industrial" complex that has been responsible for instigating all wars on our planet Earth; and that this lower dimensional alien race uses the negative energy from such conflicts are a "food source" that they seek to perpetuate.  In the article below, Phil Schneider commented on his eyewitness account on coming into contact with these aliens during a geological expedition.  As a result of this contact, Mr Schneider sought to warn the rest of humanity about what he called "The Alien Agenda".

Phil Schneider, a US government geologist, aircraft structural engineer and a renowned conspiracy theorist of the 1990s. Having almost 17 years of experience working on alleged Black Budget Projects and holder of level 3 security clearance, highest in the governmental hierarchy. Moved around different American military bases namely, Area 51, S-4 and Los Alamos. Gave us what is known as the ‘Alien Agenda’, today. Most conspiracy theories are based on it or are derived from it.

A staunch vocalist against government policy of denial of critical information to the American public. His fame was short lived as he died on January 17, 1996. Some consider that he was murdered to stop the spread of conspiracy theories of the government. Although the autopsy reports suggested that he died of a stroke. This was after his famed speech at the Preparedness Expo 1995. Where he first used the words ‘Alien Agenda’. Building upon it, he went on to give lectures on the subject.

Born in 1947, the same year when the infamous Roswell incident occurred. Probably, why his affinity to the subject could be understood.

While working for the US government, he was involved in the field of nuclear medicine and the ‘Philadelphia Experiment’. Since he was sworn to secrecy, he stayed quiet on the matter. And colluded with the government on denying the existence of aliens.

However, after the death of his father and the murder of his friend Ron Rummell, Phil decided to shed some light on the most controversial topic - the aliens.

In a series of lectures that followed suit in the late 1995s, he arguably developed the most know conspiracy theory with regards to alien life. More famously, known as the ‘Alien Agenda’.

Phil allegedly claimed that the US government conspired and that it was fully aware of the existence of an alien form of life on Earth, since 1933. Not only that, he also mentioned the 16 UFO crashes that occurred between 1947 and 1952, where the US government had recovered 117 alien bodies, four of which were alive. And their security was handled over to a special unit within the military known as the ‘Blue Berets’ which was part of the ‘Project Pounce’.

Then, taking us back to 1909 the year when a US army mounted cavalry unit stationed in American Southwest reported seeing the flying disc and small gray guys when they accidentally entered one of the caves in pursuit of the ‘bandits’. This has been kept secret by the government since then in various archives.

Phil also mentions working on underground military bases. Helping the government to build and maintain them. According to him, there were 131 military underground bases in the US and 1477 around the world. All of which were connected via a transit system of Magneto levitated trains. Needing a whopping $17-19 billion US dollars to construct and maintain. The American government’s allocation to the Black Budget was $508 billion US dollars.

He said that these military bases were used by the government in association with friendly aliens ( his theory says there are 7 friendly ones others are hostile) to manufacture alien technology on Earth.

Mr. Schneider claimed to have been the sole survivor of Dulce Wars, New Mexico -- An accident which had left 66 government agents dead in August 1979. During this alleged war, Phil had encountered several hostile aliens, one of whom attacked him with a blue beam which burst him open burning his index, middle fingers and thumbs off. He killed an alien after this, with his Walter PPK pistol. What is unclear here is why was he carrying a gun. Wasn’t this a guarded military base.

The hilarious part of his proclamation is where he suggests that the population would be reduced to 7/8th of what it was then by 2029. And that the missing cases of over 100,000 children were due to the fact that the aliens feed on human blood and secretions.

He also ratted out against the government for the corruption and wasteful spending. But that was secondary, what Phil Schneider will always be known for is his theories of aliens and extraterrestrial life. A US geologist who suggested aliens live underground and collude with the global elites.
